 Cowlin Construction Ltd holds BS EN ISO 9001:2000. Within the procedures there are comprehensive systems for controlling and monitoring activities, as well as auditing procedures to ensure compliance to the quality standards and to enable improvement of those standards where applicable. We attach a great deal of importance to adherence with these conditions, to maintain our position as a contractor of quality across the Group. Our QA policy is integrated into both our Health & Safety and Environmental Policies to provide a fully co-ordinated management system. Our management philosophy is based upon the principle of planning and building quality, rather than snagging poor quality out. We endeavour "to get it right first time". Periodic audits are conducted by an independent assessor reporting to our QA Manager who controls and manages our quality system. External auditors undertake bi-annual inspections within each region to ensure compliance with the procedures set and the 'Quality Standard'. |
