The project involved the demolition of an existing single storey and link block and the construction of a new 1,370 m2 two storey concrete frame IT office accommodation block, together with associated external works and drainage.

The external envelope was clad in gabion baskets and cedar cladding with a curved aluminium sheet roof. Partial refurbishment, over-roofing and partial over-cladding of the existing adjacent building to match the new building completed the scheme.
