Design and build of a two storey Innovation Centre, providing 9,100 sq ft of accommodation, together with site infrastructure and ancillary services. Achieved BREEAM “Excellent” rating.

Plateau 2 – industrial units:

Design and build of six single storey industrial units, each providing 5,100 sq ft.

The premises also provide office accommodation and secure service areas.

Plateau 4 – office units:

Design and build of three two-storey office units, one providing 13,900 sq ft and the remaining two provide 9,050 sq ft each, together with car parking.
