The works consisted of a multi-storey steel framed building, providing office accommodation on three floors, with central WC facilities and a Monospace passenger lift with an internal feature Helical staircase serving all floors.

The building has an internal gross floor area of approx. 15,000 sq ft. External works comprised an access road and parking areas.

The construction of the office building consisted of a braced steel frame on concrete pad and strip foundations, a ground bearing floor slab and reinforced cast insitu slabs on metal decking to first and second floors.

The external elevations are a combination of facing brick and cladding under a tiled roof, with aluminium double glazed window with feature curtain walling to the front entrance.
