This prestigious office & residential complex in the centre of Bristol, adjacent to Bristol Temple Meads railway station and the Floating Harbour, comprises four separate projects:

The project is being undertaken as a joint arrangement between Balfour Beatty and Cowlin Construction.

ND2 – 12 storey RC framed residential block containing 72 apartments, which is entirely clad in ‘unitised’ curtain walling. The block is a striking elliptical shape with outstanding harbour views.

ND3 – 6 storey RC framed office building with basement car parking and fit out to category A office accommodation; features facades made up of curtain walling, terracotta tiles, zinc

paneling and precast paneling. There are also storey high zinc frames incorporated within the facades.This building has now been pre-let to Burges Salmon and we are building to the tenant’s specifications.

ND4 – Basement/ground floor RC structure adjacent to ND3

Public Realm Works – all hard and soft landscaping works around the buildings, including the construction of a waterfront terrace and promenade in the form of a precast cantilever linear structure adjacent to the Floating Harbour.
