This scheme was constructed in three phases, on a reclaimed site, previously occupied by heavy industry. Total value of the three phases was £7.8m.

Phase 1: 2,000 m2 of high quality office space on two floors, contained within three separate blocks and lined by the main entrance which consisted of a glazed atrium.

Phase 2: two-storey Innovation Centre with a Butler system roof and extensive curtain walling to maximise natural lighting to all offices. BREEAM Excellent Rating.

Phase 3: three storey Gateway office block, steel frame cladding, together with site infrastructure and services. BREEAM Excellent Rating.
