This initiative is set to deliver £150m of office and high-tech manufacturing premises (300,000 sq ft) throughout Wales over next 10 years for the Welsh Assembly Government.

Cowlin has been awarded the first phase which comprises 2 sites:

WISP Fabian Way, Swansea

50,000sq ft of Class A office accommodation as part of the SA1 Swansea Waterfront redevelopment, comprising part 3-storey & part 5-storey concrete frame building, providing high quality office space.

This project achieved BREEAM Very Good.

WISP Lower Dock Street, Newport

48,000 sq ft of Class A office development on 3 to 6 storeys at the George Street development site on the edge of Newport City Centre.
