Buildings 5 & 6 are part of the Harbourside mixed scheme being undertaken in the Canon’s Marsh area of Bristol, comprising commercial, residential and leisure developments.

The project consists of 15,600 sq m of high quality B1 office space, three and four storeys, with basement parking and two independent A1/A3 units at ground floor. The building creates the northern boundary and entrance to the whole development.
