The project comprised the construction of a two storey, irregular shaped, steel framed building with masonry infill panels as part of a new housing estate and community centre. The external walls are a mix of coloured render and cedar cladding. The roof is zinc sheet and the windows were timber frames covered externally with aluminium.

The project provides eight classrooms, including a nursery and an infants section. The school hall and canteen facilities will be used as the local community centre.
