The work comprised the erection of a new two storey classroom block, providing classrooms, stores, toilets and staff accommodation.

The construction was of reinforced concrete pad and strip foundations, including brickwork/blockwork external walls, covered with a slate roof on a timber roof structure; aluminium double glazed windows and various door types with blockwork to internal walls and mechanical and electrical installations.

The contract was completed with the demolition of the existing teaching block and outbuildings, plus the removal of existing trees and making good on completion.
