This project is in four separate stages, compromising foyer, concert hall, music school and core area. The three storey building, with a ground floor area of approximately 1,300 square meters, was constructed using a mixture of steel/timber frame (Glulam), brickwork, curtain walling and cladding.

Substantial acoustic works to the structure and services were necessary to prevent and reduce sound transmission. 

The building will serve as a new concert hall and music school and comprised classrooms, offices and practice rooms, together with the main auditoria hall/theatre (315 seats).
