This project is located in two separate areas:-

Area A – is a new independent neuro rehab hospital with a 42 bedroom facility including a significant amount of therapy, communal and support services facilities, plus hydro-therapy pool, coffee shop, shop and treatment areas which will be made available to the wider campus.

Area B – a 10 bedroom specialist residential care unit with 10 linked bungalow style living units, attached to a one and a half storey building providing communal facilities to the living accommodation. This building also provides office accommodation for the wider site based staff.
