This current contract comprises a four-phase refurbishment of the existing Maternity Block at the Heath Hospital.

The project will be phased over three years:

Phase 2 – demolition of certain existing buildings and construction of new steel-framed single, two and four-storey extensions, together with new eight-storey staircase/lifts/access tower link to the Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Scanner building.

Phases 3, 4 & 5 – phased internal and external refurbishment of the whole of the existing Maternity Block comprising 3rd, 2nd and 1st floor wards, labour rooms and offices.
