Works comprise the construction of a large, steel frame industrial unit (100m long x 40m wide x 14.5m high), which will contain two 5m deep machine pits, for the manufacturing of aero engine and gas turbine blades.

In addition, the project includes the construction of an office block over 3 floors (1,080 sq m), several ancillary buildings to form pump houses and process rooms, and extensive associated drainage works and roadworks.
