This exclusive and prestigious development is situated between the Bristol Harbourside and Hotwells Road and provides a commanding view along Chatham Wharf.
Considerable remediation was required for this former gas work site, which contained some interesting and historic features. This included the old lime kiln dock and henebique structure, which was re-built as part of the contract, to provide a public promenade to the waterfront. The buildings stand on piled foundations, supporting the reinforced concrete frames, clad with composite external walls and acrylic render finish, above natural stone external walling to underground parking. The stone walling is punctuated with wrought iron panels to provide car park ventilation. The luxury apartments are fully fitted and served by communal lifts to each floor from the basement car park. |
