The project provides for 380 no. en-suite, key worker accommodation units with communal kitchen facilities. The project consisted of two seven storey and one six storey timber frame blocks, which were the first seven storey timber frame buildings in the United Kingdom.

The project was secured through a 2-stage Design and Build process, leading to a partnering relationship with the Client.
