The scheme comprised a multi-storey concrete and masonry frame within a confined site and abutting existing buildings, providing 67 no. one and two bedroom apartments, three-bedroom duplexes, as well as basement car parking and ground floor retail units.
Living spaces are arranged in an open plan layout, incorporating a combined living/dining and open plan kitchen. Each apartment benefits from lift access, video entry, electronically controlled gates and allocated underground parking. In addition, residents have use of the communal gardens, a landscaped roof garden and a private terrace. The gently curved, five-storey scheme includes stylish facades of Bath stone and traditional rustic brick, and is respectful of the surrounding Georgian terraces and Victoria villas. |
