Design and build project consisting of 32 self-contained retirement apartments for people over 55 years of age.

The project required the demolition of an existing house on the site. The new structure is a three storey timber frame building with face brickwork and through coloured render cladding. The pitched roof has a concrete tile covering. 

The project also includes all car-parking, access roads, landscaping and sundry buildings.
